Once you are marked as ready for delivery by our scheduling department
Once you are marked as ready for delivery by our scheduling department you will be contacted prior to the delivery in order to confirm that your order was placed correctly. At this time your building has not been assembled and tested. We take this opportunity to make any adjustments to the building and therefore contact you to make the final confirmation. As well as to formally confirm with you that your lot is prepared for the installation. Our contractors do no level your lot for you nor can they work with obstructions in the installation area. In order to have a fast and successful install we require that you have all obstructions clear and the lot be level prior to the confirmation call to put you on schedule.
We would ask you to also make the scheduler aware of any difficulties accessing the property. For example any newly made access roads that could possibly hinder a utility trailer and truck from entering and leaving the property.
