Consider the clearance of the building. The center of the unit although expectedly higher than the sides does not clear the entire span of the building. 

Consider your width and height carefully. An example is that in order to get the best clearance use the outside leg height as the measure and when considering the width consider anything that may move inside the building. For example opening your car doors on both sides as well as people walking in between them.
