Washing is routine maintenance. You will want to plan for this in order to keep your metal carport looking new. Not performing routine maintenance can in some instances actually void the buildings factory warranty.

The metal frame and sheet metal panels are examples of items that could potentially need repair. New metal carports and garages come with a warranty designed to cover unexpected service repairs; but, the length of the warranty can vary, and there are exclusions.
